STATEMENT OF WORK
UTAH AIR NATIONAL GUARD/151st SECURITY FORCES SQUADRON
BASE CAMERA PLAN
1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Utah Air National Guard, 151 Security Forces Squadron, 765 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116-
2999 has a requirement to purchase and install new CCTV camera and system infrastructure at the Roland R. Wright
Air National Guard Base.
2.0 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Scope of Work. This Statement of Work (SOW) identifies the work that shall be performed by the contractor for the installation of the purchased camera equipment. The contractor will be drilling small holes in the buildings to install the mounts for each camera and running CAT6 cabling through existing pathways.

3.0 DESCRIPTION OF TASKS - DELIVERABLES
3.1 Task 1 –The contractor shall install new cameras and perform labor to run new cabling for the cameras in
Bldgs: 10, 40, 210, 122, 112, 108, 401, 415, 19, 301, 303, 208, 215, and 218
3.2 Task 2- The contractor shall install the new server in building #401, a new 26 port fiber switch in the communications room 301, 10 port fiber switch in the communication room in Bldg. 122, a Ethernet extender in Bldg.

3.3 Task 3 – The contractor shall function check all systems per this requriuement prior to the completion of this project.
3.0 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
3.1 The finished product will be inspected by the Contractor and Functional Area Chief (FAC for compliance with contract objectives).
4.0 WORK HOURS. The work hours for the Utah ANG are Monday – Thursday, 0600 – 1630. The contractor will be expected to perform during the normal UTANG work hours unless otherwise arranged in advance with the contracting officer and/or 151 SFS personnel.
5.0 WARRANTY. The contractor shall provide a standard commercial warranty.
