1. If this is an existing requirement that is being satisfied by an incumbent contactor, can you please advise who that contractor is and also provide the original contract awarded price.
This service is currently being performed under contract number W911S2-15-P-3062. This contract was awarded to ALOG Corporation in the amount of $327,618.00. Please note that this requirement is being re-competed due to a change in the scope of the PWS requirements.
2. If there is an existing incumbent workforce then per Executive Order those incumbent employees are to be provided right of first refusal on subsequent contract awards (regardless of who the awarded contractor might be). As such, since this the Service Contract Act applies to this acquisition, bidders need the SCA dates of hire for the incumbent work force so we might be able to accurately propose the Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual rates for each incumbent employee based on the requirements found in the Wage Determination provided as part of the solicitation. Can you please provide a list of SCA hire dates for the incumbent employee work force covered by the SCA on this project.
