About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a federal contract opportunity for the Modular Extendable Rigid Wall Shelter (MERWS) panel kits. The CDRL outlines technical data package reporting requirements, including submittal dates and distribution instructions, for the pre-production engineering phase. The opportunity solicitation seeks offers to manufacture MERWS panel kits per the specification, package the components, and ship the completed kits to the government. Offerors must demonstrate expertise in manufacturing bonded aluminum-faced honeycomb panels meeting ASTM standards. The primary place of performance is the contractor's facilities. The Department of the Army Materiel Command is the contracting agency.
