Question 1: In B01-Adelphi List of Local Clauses and Special Instructions, Page 20, the solicitation states “use of hyperlinks is prohibited.” May we provide links to sample work in our response?

Answer 1: Hyperlinks may be provided for sample work, but we can’t be responsible if the hyperlink doesn’t work, not all video sharing networks are available on our network. However, if there is an issue with accessing the video due to restrictions on viewing the video's from our server, that will be at the risk of the contractor. YouTube and Vimeo are ones that do typically work.

Question 2: As a follow up to Q1, same document, Page 21: Submission Requirements, “videos shall be provided in mp4 format” is this referring to past performance work samples? May we provide links to sample work in our response?

Answer 2: Yes, sample work may be submitted by URL, but we can’t be responsible if the hyperlink doesn’t work, not all video sharing networks are available on our network. However, if there is an issue with accessing the video due to restrictions on viewing the video's from our server, that will be at the risk of the contractor. YouTube and Vimeo are ones that do typically work.

Question 3: For the submission documents, may we submit PDF documents, with the exception of the Excel document for pricing, or does the government prefer Word documents?

Answer 3: You may submit PDF
