About this file
This modification amends a solicitation for a scanning electron microscope system for the Benet Laboratories at the Watervliet Arsenal. The amendment updates the statement of work to require an all-in-one scanning electron microscope with integrated vacuum pumps, electron dispersive spectroscopy detector, and accompanying hardware and software. The system must have thermal field emission electron source, accelerating voltage range from 500V to 30kV, resolution of 1.0nm at 20kV and 3.0nm at 1kV, magnification range from 25x to 500,000x, and stage travel of 125mm x 100mm with tilt and rotation functions. The vendor will deliver, install, train users, and provide a 12-month warranty for the microscope. The period of performance concludes upon delivery and verification of the system.
