SOLICITATION W911N2-17-R-0028 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q.1) I have found what I believe are airflow design issues with the system. Should we bid the system as described in the solicitation or should I consider a redesign the system and bid it so that it will work?
A.1) Bid as specified. Request the design error be noted if possible.

Q.3) Is the control panel to be located near the west wall steel columns?
A.3) Any location on the west wall is acceptable.
Q.4) The Makeup Air unit comes with controls in a pre-packaged enclosure. Would you like the components from this enclosure removed and installed in the motor starter control panel? Or can we just have a start stop button for the MUA unit in the motor starter control panel and run conduit and wire to the MUA control panel?
A.4) The start/stop button for the MUA should be included in the motor starter panel.
Q.5) How much movement (vertically) will be required in the generator hoods? Expand on Section 4.2.3.2 please.
