About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for annual preventive maintenance services on a reverse osmosis water purification system at Brooke Army Medical Center. The amendment extends the response date to December 20, 2023 and makes changes to the performance work statement, adding unscheduled service CLINs for labor and parts with a $30,000 limit per year. It adjusts the period of performance for base and option years, incorporates inspection and acceptance procedures for the new CLINs, and removes unnecessary tasks from the requirements. The solicitation is for the Department of the Army Medical Command to provide fully certified contractor personnel for on-site preventative maintenance, calibration, cleaning and scheduled part replacements on a Evoqua water purification system at the stated location.
