Q No. Doc Doc Ref Question/Comments Answer/Response Status 1 Solicitation Section F -

Deliveries We are requesting clarification regarding the proposed delivery schedule outlined on pages 11-12 of the solicitaiton.

The Government will consider alternate delivery schedules;

however, the award is based on lowest price. Faster delivery may not necessarily be advantageous to the Government.

5 Solicitation Section I - Contract Clauses

These parts are CARC painted. Does the paint need to be identified in the HAZMAT clause 52.223-3? I wasn’t sure if the intent was when a product like this is raw. It would be dry and cured at the point of shipment for us.

No, CARC does not need to be identified. Inhaling CARC during the painting and drying process can be harmful, but Dry CARC poses no hazards, except during welding or sanding.
