It is managed on the NIPR & SIPR. This is what is contained in a typical EMASS repository for a system that requires RMF:

• System Registration

• Security Controls and Test Results

• Artifacts

• Asset Manager

• Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)

We are looking for a training vendor that has developed an eMASS simulation tool that allows our students to utilize and become familiar with one of the most difficult components of the RMF process: submitting to eMASS and having the submitted content accepted. The eMASS simulation tool shall be provided along with the quote.

Using the eMASS simulator, students will learn how eMASS works. The offeror will teach them how to set up roles, submit packages, reject packages, accept packages and finally approve each other.
