Q1. In the performance work statement on page 1, it states "The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0700-1600 on Tuesday through Thursday..." but on page 12 in the 'Technical Exhibit 1' table in section '5.1-5.2', it states that "The contractor shall make pick ups and deliveries monthly.". If the contractor shall provide services 3 days a week but only make pick ups and deliveries monthly, please clarify what the expected schedule of the service provider should look like under this solicitation. Should they be coming by Tuesday through Thursday to pick up soiled rags and replacing with clean laundered ones or should they only be coming by monthly to do the same?
A1. Those are standard on base hours and standardized verbiage on all PWS for NGB. We know that a company will only be on base and performing for a small time frame once a month during this time.
Q2. I did not see a template included in this solicitation for pricing. Does this mean that we can simply submit our own template for our quote?
A2. The SAM.gov solicitation description has the CLIN breakdowns with unit of measures and unit cost breakdowns. You can also provide your own pricing but I will need the one filled out in accordance with the solicitation posting since that will be how the contract CLINs are structured.
