The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard will issue an invitation for bid to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to remove an existing barrier system and replace it with a net barrier vehicle arrestor system at the main gate entrance and exit lanes in Westhampton Beach, New York. The contract period is 59 days after notice to proceed. The project is set aside exclusively for small businesses with a North American Industry Classification size standard of $36.5 million. Interested parties should monitor the beta.SAM.gov website for solicitation release on or around February 4th, 2020 and attend the pre-bid conference on February 19th, 2020. Questions are due by February 14th and bids are due on or around March 5th, 2020. The agency is the Department of the Army New York Army National Guard.
