The offeror shall provide their cost proposal on offeror letterhead.

2. Is an Accident Prevention Plan (APP)/Site-Safety and Health Plan (SSHP) a required planning document deliverable?

The contractor is expected to have a quality control plan in place to ensure successful contract execution, but an AAP and SSHP will not be a required deliverable.

No additional documentation is required at time of offer.

4. Can the Government provide the manufacturer and model of the AST, or alternatively provide the length, diameter, and estimated dry weight of the AST?
