About this file

This is a Request for Information worksheet from the 136th Mission Support Contracting office regarding HVAC control systems replacement. The Army National Guard is seeking information from contractors about comparable controllers to Distech that are compatible with the existing Niagara HVAC control system server. While Distech is the predominant brand currently used, the primary requirement is that any proposed system must work seamlessly within the existing Niagara framework. Contracting Officer Lt. Crabtree is listed as the point of contact. No other details are provided regarding response dates, pricing terms, set asides, or incumbent contractors.

Questions and Answers

Number Question

1 1. The Statement of work identifies Distech install. Is Distech the basis of design or are all Niagara based systems equal?

Answer Distech is the brand of controller most predominant in our system, but a comparable controller that works with the NIAGARA system is acceptable. The primary concern is that all of the HVAC controls work consistently and seamlessly within the existing NIAGARA system and server.
