Questions and Answers:

Below are the questions with answers as received by 1500 HRS 17 December 2020.

1. Is there an incumbent to this contract?

There is currently no incumbent on this contract.

a. If applicable, what was the previous contract award number, amount and incumbent name?

2. Can you please provide the expected number of full time employees needed to satisfy this requirement?

The government cannot answer that question as business approaches vary among contractors.

3. In the solicitation it states “Resumés of the key personnel such as the Business Owner or Project Manager and Lead Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer shall be provided.”

However in multiple places (one example being 5.0) throughout the PWS it states that the Contractor will provide a: licensed Athletic Trainer, a licensed Physical Therapist, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, can you please clarify if all 3 qualifications are required?

All three qualifications are required, however those can all be held by one person.

4. Since the Contract Employee will have access to the on base gym, can you please provide what work will be required to be performed in the 200 sq ft facility space?

The 200 square foot facility space is located in the building that the individuals receiving the service work in and report to directly after their flight. That is the primary space that the contractor should expect to use. The gym is available, but would be for anything that the contractor could not accomplish in the main workspace.

5. Can you please clarify if the Contractor or the Government will be providing the HIPPA Compliant software?

The government will not be providing software for this. Any software shall be provided by the contractor.
