1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to upgrade Government owned media equipment to include new equipment required to meet specifications identified in Paragraph 3. The work shall be performed in Building (BLDG) 4525 on Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, 32542.

| B. Installation, service, maintenance, and repair tasks shall be completed in complete accordance with | the procedures recommended by the respective equipment manufacture specifications for a period of one | year after the completion of work. |
2. REPORTING PROCEDURES. Contractor will coordinate Base Access with US Army Corps of Engineers.
3. SERVICE PROCEDURES. The Contractor shall ensure equipment installed is done so in strict adherence to manufacturer guidance. The Contractor shall provide services that render media system upgrades in the following room identified in paragraph 1 as described below:
A. H249 needs to have multi-screen extended desktop capabilities to support four 60" government furnished flat-screen LCD monitors. H249 also needs the capability to plug in one 70" Government furnished mobile smartboard monitor. The intent is for the conference rooms inputs (two computers, one smartboard, one Tandberg VTC, one DVD/CD player, and cable TV) to be able to be displayed on any given monitor or any combination of monitors. It is also required for the computers to be able to display multiple presentations on multiple monitors. Additional media upgrades and install services will be provided as follows:
a. Procure any additional equipment to meet the intent.
b. Reprogramming existing Crestron system for additional monitors and audio
| matrixing. |
| c. Running new wires and connecting all new displays. |
d. Mounting two 60" Government furnished LCD flat-screen mount and monitor (See Para 4.1) centered on far wall between the two windows (Exhibit 1).
e. Mounting two 60" Government furnished LCD flat-screen mount and monitor (See Para 4.1) centered on both sides of rear wall (Exhibit 2).
| f. Link any new audio hardware required to sync with existing Government furnished | DVD/VCR player, Tandberg | VTC Suite, and all other audio peripherals |
| g. All RS-232 components need to be controlled via RS-232. |
B. S203 needs to have multi-screen extended desktop capabilities for both sides of the classroom. The intent is for each class room to function independently or together. The inputs (one computer in each side of the classroom as well as cable TV) need to be able to be displayed on any given monitor/projector or any combination of monitors/projectors (two 46" monitors located on the far walls and two overhead projectors centered on the left and right side of the classroom). Additional media upgrades and install services will be provided as follows:

C. H110 needs to have multi-screen extended desktop capabilities to support two 60" flat-screen LCD monitors. It also needs the capability to tie in 1 70" Government furnished mobile monitor. The intent is for the conference room inputs (two computers, one smartboard, and cable TV) is to be able to be displayed on any given monitor or any combination of monitors. It is also required for the computers to be able to display multiple presentations on multiple monitors. Additional media upgrades and install services will be provided as follows:

| b. Install Touch Panel for system control |
| c. Running new wires and connecting all new displays |
d. Mounting 1 60" Government furnished LCD mount and flat-screen monitor (See Para 4.1) centered on near wall between far left wall and HVAC control opposite existing monitor (Exhibit 3)
e. All RS-232 components need to be controlled via RS-232.
f. Reprogramming existing system for additional monitors and audio matrixing.
D. H203 needs to have multi-screen extended desktop capabilities to support two 60" flat-screen LCD monitors. The intent is for the conference room inputs (one computer and cable TV) to be able to be displayed on any given monitor or any combination of monitors. It is also required for the computer to be able to display multiple presentations on multiple monitors. Additional media upgrades and install services will be provided as follows:

| b. Install Touch Panel for system control |
| c. Running new wires and connecting all new displays |
d. Mount 1 60" Government Furnished LCD Mount and flat-screen monitor (See Para 4.1) centered on rear wall between open door and far wall (Exhibit 4)
e. All RS-232 components need to be controlled via RS-232.
f. Reprogramming existing system for additional monitors and audio matrixing.
3.1. EQUIPMENT TRAINING. The Contractor will provide a brief overview on the safe operation of installed systems within the parameters laid out by the manufacturer. This instruction will also include preventative maintenance and operator level troubleshooting.
3.2. WARRANTY. The Contractor will provide an itemized breakdown of all warranty information. The vendor shall specify warranty periods for all newly installed components. The vendor will ensure all systems meet maximum configuration capabilities of hardware and software for optimum performance prior to final payment.
3.3 REPAIR WORK REQUEST PROCEDURES. The 4/7 S6 shop will notify the Contractor of any equipment malfunction.
3.4 VERIFICATION PROCEDURES. Contractor shall upon entering any listed facility notify the BN S6 and sign-in using the Government's contractor log book. The Contractor will provide the 4/7 S6 shop with a work schedule timeline estimating project completion. The 4/7 S6 shop will conduct the final quality assurance inspection validation project completion.
4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Water and electricity will be furnished to the Contractor for the Government from existing systems at no cost to the Contractor. All five 60" LCD flat-screen monitors will be provided by 4/7 SFG (A).
5. GENERAL INFORMATION.
5.1. HOURS OF OPERATION. Normal duty hours for EAFB are 0600-1900 Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. The Contractor may work, with prior approval, extended hours to ensure timely completion of work at no additional cost to the Government.
5.2. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall notify 7th SFG S6 personnel (850) 885-7464 of the date and exact nature of services provided no later than 1 week prior to arrival to the 7th Group Compound. All Contractor personnel shall obtain personal identification card (CAC) IAW Homeland Security Directives #12 and base regulations. These forms may be obtained at the Security Forces, Bldg 873. The Contractor shall turn in all personnel identification cards of any employee who is terminated, quit, or otherwise left employment of the contract on and upon completion/termination of the contract. All Contractor employees shall abide by all installation security regulations and procedures.
5.3. SAFETY. The Contractor shall comply with all fire and safety regulations at Eglin Air Force Base, in addition to Federal OSHA.
5.4. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND EXCESS MATERIAL: Any government or privately owned property damaged by the Contractor shall be replaced or repaired immediately by the Contractor at no expense to the Government. All excess materials generated by the Contractor shall be removed from the job site daily and disposed of by the Contractor.
5.5. PROPERTY CONTROL. The contractor shall obtain approval by the Government Quality Assurance personnel or the Contracting Officer before removing any item listed on Exhibits 1 & 2.
6. SERVICE SUMMARY. Not applicable.
7. QUALITY ASSURANCE. The Contractor shall be responsible for quality assurance. The assigned government inspector(s) shall evaluate and approve all work before and after completion.
