About this file

The document is a standardized VEH111 Quote Form designed for vehicle and equipment procurement, intended to facilitate purchasing processes for government and public sector entities. The form provides a structured template for both purchasing entities and vendors to complete detailed information about vehicle and equipment acquisitions, with clearly delineated sections for each party's specific input.

The quote form allows for comprehensive vehicle specification capture, including base vehicle details such as make, model, year, powertrain type, fuel type, and drivetrain configuration. The document supports a flexible procurement approach by enabling vendors to provide base vehicle pricing, optional equipment costs, and upfitting options, with provisions for potential trade-ins. The form requires vendors to list pricing with discounts, specify contract prices, and maintain quote validity for a minimum of 60 days, providing purchasing entities a transparent and standardized method for soliciting and evaluating vehicle procurement proposals.
