About this file

This document is a user guide for a statewide contract between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration's Bureau of Procurement and Vivid Learning Systems Inc. The contract (505ENT-O14-TRAININGRM-01) provides occupational safety and health online training services to all State agencies, including the University of Wisconsin System and Wisconsin municipalities. The contract was established through RFP #28121-BE and runs from June 1, 2014 through May 30, 2018, with Mojgan Hall serving as the contract manager and Todd Courtney as the vendor contract manager.

The contract provides access to OSHA-compliant online safety training courses that typically take 20-30 minutes to complete, covering topics such as bloodborne pathogens, confined spaces, electrical safety, forklift operation, and hazardous waste management. The Vivid Learning Management System (eClarus) allows administrators to assign training by job classification, department, or facility, track completions, generate custom reports, and send automatic email notifications for upcoming or overdue training requirements. Users can access the training portal at wisconsin.vividlms.com and may use purchasing cards (P-Cards) for payment, though the state discourages storing card information in the vendor system due to fraud risks. While use of the contract is voluntary, some agencies may require its use, and organizations must complete a customer setup spreadsheet provided by Vivid to begin using the services.
