Statement of Work (SOW) Acquisition of One (1) 40-Yard Radius Container with

Rolling Lid USCG Base Alameda, CA

1. Scope

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to fabricate, deliver, and install one (1) 40-yard roll-off container with a rolling lid at U.S. Coast Guard Base Alameda, CA.

The container shall be designed to accommodate operational waste management requirements and must be compatible with Alameda County Industries (ACI) hauling equipment.

2. Background

USCG Base Alameda historically operated two (2) 20-yard covered roll-off containers to manage operational waste. The first of these 20-yard containers became unserviceable and was recycled; it has already been replaced by a 40-yard capacity container.

The second, remaining 20-yard container is non-compliant with environmental regulations and may leave the base with a critical capacity shortage for waste collection. To resolve this deficiency, restore full operational readiness, and ensure environmental compliance, USCG Base Alameda requires a second 40-yard capacity container to replace this unserviceable 20-yard unit.
