Please describe in detail how you plan to complete this project while adhering to the statement of work and period of performance and keeping costs in line with the bid schedule pricing provided in your proposal.

Please provide a Project Management Plan and describe how you will institute quality workmanship for a project of this nature and magnitude.

Please describe in detail your company’s assets and/or technical equipment/facilities that may be utilized for a project of this nature and magnitude. Barges, tugs, boats and other Maine Equipment?

Please explain and list the materials/products your company will be installing per the Statement of Work specification details. (IF QUOTING AN “OR EQUAL” PRODUCT, MUST SUBMIT WITH QUOTE ALL
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS FOR THOSE ITEMS).

Please explain your company’s experience as a prime contractor on similar type projects. Include in detail what work the project consisted of, if the project is complete, the dollar value, and any other relevant project information. Please note that this project experience question is separate from past performance.

Due to limited space on and off the job site, what is your plan for staging of materials?
