[Docket No. FR-5800-N-29]
Technical Correction II to HUD’s Notice
National Disaster Resilience Competition
AGENCY: Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development, HUD.
ACTION: Technical Correction to HUD’s National Disaster Resilience Competition
Notice FR-5800-N-29 to add a summary checklist form applicants submit to track the most impacted and distressed area with unmet recovery needs (MID-URN) threshold requirements, and other miscellaneous and conforming changes.
SUMMARY: On September 17, 2014, HUD posted the National Disaster Resilience
Competition Notice of Fund Availability to Grants.gov. This Notice provides a summary form for the most impacted and distressed areas with unmet recovery needs thresholds that was requested by a commenter during the required Paperwork Reduction Act comment period. For clarity, this Notice makes conforming changes to the Crosswalk Checklist in Appendix J and adds the new form to the NOFA’s list of Attachments to be submitted. HUD is also updating the NOFA to include the extension of the Phase 1 deadline, conforming the duration of the comment period required for Phase 2 with the one required for Phase 1, and correcting miscellaneous format and terminology errors. For the ease of the reader, HUD is republishing the amended NOFA, Appendix A, Appendix G, and Appendix J in their entirety in this
Notice.
