About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the acquisition of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and accessories for NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC).

NASA Glenn Research Center requires the purchase of two Acumentrics UPS units and associated cables for research flight experiments on the NASA PC-12 aircraft at Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC). The UPS units will serve as critical power-conditioning and backup systems for flight research hardware during airborne operations. Each unit must be certified to MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F, RTCA/DO-160G, and MIL-HDBK-704-3 standards, with input voltage capability for both 120 VAC (60 Hz) and 28 VDC. Output specifications include 1500 VA and 1250 W, with the ability to be combined in parallel with another unit to provide 3000 VA and 2500 W. Units must feature Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries capable of 10 minutes runtime at 1250 W, remote shutoff switch capability, and must fit within a standard 19-inch server rack at 1U height. The procurement includes two UPS units (part number ANG1501U28.5KPNLIC1), two DC output cables (ANG9004F), two DC input cables (ANG9001F), two AC output cables (ANG9054F), and one parallel cable (ANG9047C1). The place of performance is NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, with a period of performance of 30 days after receipt of order (ARO).
