About this file
This document is a proposed pricing list for Herman Miller and Knoll product lines, specifically tailored for the State of Ohio as of November 14, 2023. The pricing schedule outlines drop ship and full service discount percentages for a wide range of furniture and office products, applicable to state procurement activities.
The pricing list covers multiple product categories including office furniture, chairs, tables, storage systems, and seating solutions from Herman Miller and Knoll. Discount percentages vary by product line, ranging from as low as 23% for Muuto products to 71.50% for certain Herman Miller accessories and panels. The effective date for these pricing terms is July 5, 2023, with two pricing tiers: drop ship (which includes product delivery to the site) and full service (which includes inside delivery, uncrating, assembly, installation, and debris removal). Additional charges may apply for small orders, installations outside a 50-mile radius, or special labor requirements. The document also includes detailed notes about installation and delivery services, emphasizing standard weekday working hours and specific site preparation requirements.
