They look at each label, and note the Product Name, Manufacturer Name, Product Code and UPC code (if available) in an Excel template. They also list the location information and label quality. This is for new products they find onsite.

• They will also confirm if they found chemicals onsite that are already in their eBinder and note a location change, if applicable.

• They take down all information in an Excel template that is sent back to the PC and Ops to be cleaned up. The rep will not have access to their eBinder to add/archive chemicals in real time.

• They will provide the cleaned-up spreadsheet at the completion of the audit.

• They will also receive a breakdown of new products found that weren’t in his eBinder (BVA), products in his eBinder that were not onsite (archive), and products found onsite and in the eBinder that changed locations (location change).
