About this file

This document is a Cloud Services Florida Participating Addendum between the Florida Department of Management Services and Amazon Web Services, Inc., which is an extension of a master contract originally executed between Amazon Web Services and the Texas Department of Information Resources (Texas DIR) under Contract No. DIR-CPO-5172. The participating addendum enables Florida state agencies and eligible users to purchase cloud services under the terms of the Texas master agreement, with specific modifications to align with Florida's state procurement requirements.

The participating addendum covers cloud services provided by Amazon Web Services, with pricing and terms derived from the original Texas master agreement. The contract is effective May 16, 2024, and will coincide with the termination of the master agreement. Customers can access AWS services through the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) purchase order system, and transactions may be subject to a Florida Transaction Fee of up to 1%. The contract includes provisions for annual appropriation, compliance with state regulations, and specific requirements around vendor registration, E-Verify, and public records management. While specific pricing details are not explicitly outlined in the document, the terms suggest that pricing will be based on the existing Texas DIR contract with adjustments for Florida-specific requirements.
