About this file
This document is a Cost Proposal Workbook for an Electronic Child Maltreatment Guidance Tool Request for Proposal (RFP), involving a state or local government agency. The RFP outlines a comprehensive project with five distinct phases: stakeholder engagement, decision tree development, testing and reliability verification, system build and implementation, and training/continuous quality improvement (CQI). The project seeks to create a technology solution for child maltreatment guidance, with deliverables including a summary report, modifiable decision tree, training materials, e-learning modules, and a CQI plan and evaluation report.
The cost proposal workbook includes provisions for hourly labor rates across multiple roles such as Project Lead and Technical Lead, with rates to be specified for three years. The document also invites vendors to propose value-added innovations, specifically highlighting interest in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation and artificial intelligence capabilities like GPT chatbots or writing tools. The compensation structure is based on fixed costs for initiation, configuration, and testing, with the total fixed cost serving as the basis for proposal scoring. The agency emphasizes that all costs must be included in this workbook, and no additional costs will be considered outside of this document.
