SPRRA2-24-R-0074 Questions and Answers as of 6/28/24

Q: Good morning and I hope this email finds you both well! Could you please also provide the Top-Level Drawing for PN 12620762? It looks it was not included with the TDP. Do you know what other documentation will be provided to us during the official solicitation?

A: Additional drawings were provided via DoD SAFE.

Q: Good morning and I hope you had a great weekend. I'm writing to confirm that you received our response. Additionally, do you have any information on when the official solicitation will be released?

A: We have received your response, and the official solicitation will be posted by the end of July. Have a good day!

Q: Just for clarification, are these 3 drawings mentioned specifically for

Field Modification kits only, or are you requiring new kits for the entire installation, which would require the full bill of materials to be quoted/ordered – is that correct?

A: Yes, the installation drawings are instructions on how to install the ECU system onto the vehicle as a Field Modification (post vehicle production).

Q: Good morning Team, After reviewing the data package for the ECU:

Attached is the list of drawings that were not included/part of the drawing package given to OPDT in support of the ECU requirement.

Once you provide OPDT with the missing drawings we will then go through each drawing and identify if there are any additional drawings missing/still needed. If you can get these to us as soon as possible that would be great as I currently have some material items out for quotes.

A: Additional drawings were sent via DoD SAFE.
