About this file
This document outlines requirements for a portable dew point hygrometer to be procured through a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated yearly quantity of 75 units. Key requirements for the dew point hygrometer include measuring dew/frost point from -85°F to 50°F with an accuracy of ±2°C, measuring pressure from 0 to 5,000 psig with accuracies of 5 psig from 0 to 999 psi and 0.5% of full scale from 1,000 to 5,000 psig. The hygrometer must meet response time requirements and incorporate a 50 micron filter, be resistant to ammonia compounds, and include flow control valves and indication. Additional requirements specify packaging, documentation, training materials, calibration procedures, and labeling in accordance with military standards.
