Three Roller Flatwork Ironer

Steam-Heated Ironer (there is no gas or extra electric available).

Touch screen PLC control with bi-lingual capability (English & Spanish)

Variable speed drive, speed range to 130 fpm or greater

Canopy with exhaust

All rollers must have an internal vacuum system.

automatic guide tape tensioning

Adjustable roll pressure

Spring roller

Insulated chest (energy saving)

Safeties for manual feeding

ASME and CSA certificates

All roller pads, belts and covers installed, turnkey installation

Air pressure regulator, filter, lubricator and pressure indicator, if using air

Automatic roll pressure reduction (when ironer is not in constant use)

Roll pressure gauge

Steam pressure gauge

Minimum 120" working width

208 volt - 3 phase - 60 cycle

Must be compatible e stop interconnection between new ironer & existing Feeder (Braun) and Folders (Braun & Chicago).

Must be able to connect and disconnect easily with existing Feeder (Braun) and Folders (Braun & Chicago).

Same or equivalent to Jensen 336-CF-153.(MUST MEET OR EXECEED)
