SUBSYSTEMS WHICH COME WITH A WARRANTY FROM THE MANUFACTURE

THAT IS LONGER THAN A YEAR, THAT WARRANTY WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE

GOVERNMENT WITH THE OTHER REUQIRED DOCUMENTATION. THE EXISTANCE

OF WARRANTIES FOR COMPONENTS OR SUBSYSTEMS WHICH HAVE A DURATION

OF LONGER THAN ONE YEAR IN NO WAY NEGATES OR DIMINISHES THE

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR PROVIDING WARRANTY OF THOSE

COMPONENTS OR SUBSYSTEMS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF

FINAL ACCEPTANCE. There shall be single contractor accountability to prevent confusion of responsibility if a problem or breakdown occurs.
