Combined Synopsis/Solicitation SP7000-18-Q-1064
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation SP7000-18-Q-1064 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 & 13. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 effective 24 January 2018 (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20180418 edition, and DLAD current to Revision 5, and
PROCLTR 2018-06.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources may submit quotations which shall be considered by the agency.
The intent is to award to Trident Engineering & Procurement for the 1-month continued lease support of 230 Multifunction Devices located in Kuwait and 1 option month. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420, and the small business size standard is $32.5M.
Period of Performance The period of performance (POP) is 05/01/2018–05/31/2018.
Option: 06/01/2018 – 06/30/2018.

Contractor Manpower Reporting:
Contractor Manpower Reporting IAW DLAD 37.103(e), the following requirement applies; Contractor manpower reporting language for performance work statement; The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Defense Logistics Agency via a secure data collection site.
The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecrnra.mil/.
Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than Oct 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2014.
