a) Vendor will pick up and drop off laundry from DLA HQC on a weekly basis or as requested by DLA HQC.
b) The material shall be returned by the vendor clean and presentable for DLA special events. If not, DLA Personnel shall have the right to return the items at no additional cost to the Government for proper cleaning and be available for pick up within five business days.
