Amendment 0004
1. Please provide a waste material profile for the following material identified in the Delivery Order detail: CLIN 9536 ‐ UN1935, WASTE CYANIDE SOLUTIONS, N.O.S.(SODIUM CYANIDE, CADMIUM OXIDE), 6.1, II, D003, F006, , , CYANIDE WASTEWATER SHIPPED OFF SITE FOR TREATMENT, 1 TT.
(A): RLQ‐6691, for cyanide wastewater from electroplating operations; profile attached.
2. What is the % Total Cyanide and % Cadmium levels for the above waste stream?
(A): The waste stream constituents in the profile show a maximum concentration for each chemical constituent including cyanide & cadmium. If you sum all the cyanide compounds, it is about 3.4%, and cadmium is less than or equal to .0335%.
3. Provide waste material profile(s) for typical waste removed under each of the following CLINs:
CS08: Corrosive Acids, Hydrofluoric (HF) <40% and/or Nitric (HNO3), <25% in Water, <1% Total Metals, Cr+6 <100 ppm. Physical State: Liquid Permissible Waste Codes: D001 (Oxidizer), D002, D004‐11, Listed Inorganics.
RX03:Cyanide Liquids, Solids, <50% Debris, 590‐10,000 mg/Kg (1%) Total CN. Physical State: Various Permissible Waste Codes: D002‐11, Listed.
RX04:Cyanide Liquids, Solids, <50% Debris, 1%‐10% Total CN. Physical State: Various Permissible Waste Codes: D002‐11, Listed.
RX05: Cyanide Liquids, Solids, <50% Debris, >10% Total CN. Physical State: Various Permissible Waste Codes: D002‐11, Listed.
TX09: High Halogen Liquids/Sludges/Solids/Debris, Non‐Flammable, Includes Solvents, Herbicides and Pesticides, Characteristic/Listed. Physical State: Various Permissible Waste Codes: D004‐43, Listed.
TX10: Metals in Wastewater, <5% Suspended Solids, <1% Total Metals, Total Cr+6 <100 ppm, Total Hg <260 ppm, Characteristic/Listed. Physical State: Liquid Permissible Waste Codes: D004‐11, Listed Inorganics.
(A): CS08C4 100 EA: I don't find a profile corresponding to CS08, on which we ship a large number of 55 gallon drums.
RX03B5 16,000 GL: This is a contingency plan for ballast water contaminated with cyanide and cadmium. The profile has been archived, is inaccessible currently, but the level of cadmium is between 1 and 5 ppm, and the level of total cyanide is between 500 ppm and 1%. This waste is infrequently generated aboard ships. We have not shipped any of this waste to this point.
RX04B5 16,000 GL: The only profile this would appear to fit is the cyanide wastewater from electroplating, corresponding to RLQ‐6691, already attached.
RX05B5 16,000 GL: We do not currently have access to this profile.
TX09C4 1,000 EA: We do not currently have access to this profile.

Amendment 0004
TX10B5 58,000 GL: DLQ‐4997 photo etch wastewater, DLQ‐4998 acid/alkaline wastewater w/metals, DLQ‐4999 chromium wastewater are attached.
