Statement of Work Mobile Health Unit Pawnee Indian Health Center A.
PURPOSE:
To provide a Mobile Health vehicle for the Pawnee Indian Health Center (PIHC). Pawnee offers acute & chronic care, as well as Pediatrics, Audiology, Behavioral Health, Community Health, Dental, Laboratory, Optometry, Podiatry, and Physical Therapy.
The Mobile Health Unit will be beneficial for taking health care to the neighboring rural areas. It will allow for the maximization of health care services for patients in the communities that lack available transportation or the ability to allot time necessary to drive to an outpatient clinic. The staff that will utilize the Mobile Health Unit will perform a full range of medical/dental/audiology and optometric healthcare functions in accordance with facility policies and procedures for the Pawnee Indian Health Center, 1201 Heritage Circle, Pawnee, OK 74058.
