Employee accountability training will provide necessary knowledge needed for employees to take true ownership of their work as well as gain skills for holding themselves and others accountable.

Accountability and responsibility go hand-and-hand and both in the workplace are critical skills for employees at every level to master. Focusing on becoming more responsible and liable for your own work and the work of your workgroup as a whole will have a lasting effect on one’s accountability.
This training shall focus on providing an overview of one’s accountability and ability to hold others accountable within the workplace as it relates to our organizational goals and mission. The training topics shall include, but not be limited to, the following: provide participant with methods and tools to improve accountability in the workplace by evaluating their present self, fully understanding expectations set by others to increase accountable outcomes/results. The Contractor shall start by defining accountability and its importance; the accountability cycle; and discuss how each person’s own accountability shapes our work ethics and workgroup.
Tips shall be provided on how to become more reliable, organized and dedicated to work; important methods to increase accountability; discuss ways to build personal/professional ownership; isolate areas for self-improvement. Provide details on how to take independent actions and the importance of follow through. Participants should understand the characteristics of highly accountable people; discuss what controls our thinking process as it relates to accountability/responsibility; and how to develop a more accountable attitude. The training shall provide guidance on how a new approach toward accountability can build existing/new relationships while overcoming difficulties to achieve better outcomes/results.
