About this file
This is an addendum document (Revision 2) for the South Lateral Drain Phase III project, a 2018 Bond Referendum initiative in Texas (Project No. 34). The project encompasses regrading, reconstruction, widening, and realignment of existing drainage ditches; installation of culvert crossings and storm drain structures; and construction of waterline and irrigation crossing improvements within the designated project limits. The addendum serves to clarify, modify, or supplement the original contract documents and bid specifications for this infrastructure improvement project.
The addendum document provides revisions to the original specifications and requirements that bidders must address in their proposals. As the second revision to the addendum, it reflects adjustments made after initial bid document distribution, ensuring all prospective bidders work from current and accurate project requirements. Contractors responding to this opportunity must account for all modifications contained in this addendum when preparing bids, as these revisions supersede conflicting language in the base contract documents. The document is essential for maintaining consistency across all bid submissions and ensuring the final contract award reflects the most current project scope and specifications.
