About this file
This is an architectural elevation drawing file related to a historic courthouse repointing project managed by Lewis County, Washington. The image depicts the south elevation of the Historical Courthouse located at 351 NW North Street, Chehalis, Washington, as part of Project #31-2421b. Lewis County is soliciting sealed bids for the repointing of the south lower elevation of the historic courthouse, with a mandatory pre-bid walk scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at room 032 of the courthouse. Failure to attend the pre-bid walk renders any bid non-responsive. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the Lewis County procurement portal no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, with public bid opening and reading to occur at 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2026, in the BOCC Hearing Room on the second floor of the Historical Courthouse.
Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, a signed non-collusion affidavit, and a signed bid form. All project documents, including detailed plans, specifications, elevation drawings, images of existing grout failure, window and cornice details, and a sample certificate of insurance template, are available through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lewiscountywa. Lewis County affirms compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title 49 CFR Part 21, ensuring that disadvantaged business enterprises receive full opportunity to bid without discrimination. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Matt Patana, Capital Infrastructure Specialist, at (360) 219-5134 or matt.patana@lewiscountywa.gov.
