SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE
FOR
Classroom Audio/Visual Maintenance Agreement for the USAF 435th Training Squadron at Hurlburt Field, FL
1. Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide Audio Visual (A/V) integration support to include design, products, equipment, parts, materials, installation, labor, and maintenance needed to successfully maintain systems A/V equipment in the 435 TRS OL-A, Bldg. 90062 classrooms in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward.
All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.
This requirement is anticipated to be a Brand Name requirement.
2. Delivery Location:
a. 435 TRS OL-A 233 Hartson St. Building 90062 Hurlburt Field, FL 32544
3. Disclaimer: This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a RFQ in the future. Solicitation information is not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price, Base plus two (2) Twelve (12) month option periods
4. Contractor Capability: The contractor’s support shall consist of technical support, firmware support and updates, and hardware replacement sourcing for failed components, engineering support, and maintenance services necessary to ensure active management, reliable operations, and rapid restoration. These technical support services shall include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) level support as required based on the need to achieve problem resolution.
All technical support shall be provided by certified technical personnel fluent in the English language. The Offeror shall execute all hardware repair actions necessary to return the affected system to full operational capability meeting or exceeding the requirements identified in the attached draft PWS.

5. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov, GSA E-Buy, and by email to Contract Specialist, Ms. Christina Vargas (christina.vargas.1@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Edward Sherwood (edward.sherwood@us.af.mil)
Responses are due no later than Friday, 08 September 2023 by 4pm EST.

The NAICS codes considered for this requirement is 541519/ GSA MAS 54151 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34M. The Product Service Code is 7E20. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS code 541519/ GSA MAS 54151.
Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein.
Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:
Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the SOW.
Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.)
under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number. Also, please provide the GSA contract number and SIN the products are available under, if applicable.
