As long as unsatisfactory performance does not exceed the AQL, the service will not be subject to payment reduction by the Government. The Contractor, however, shall correct all unsatisfactory work. In addition to any inspection, complaints received by the government’s Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) or authorized representative shall be used as supporting evidence to unsatisfactory performance documented by the QAE. The degree of deviation from the work standard that the Government will accept without issuing penalties.
