This aims to further enhance staff communication and overall fluency in English or Arabic and enrich our ability to achieve Mission’s objective.
This IDIQ contract will be utilized to contract instructors. The suggested avenue will initially start at 300 target students per year and will substantially increase depending on the demand of the program. The program will adjust to the students’ schedule, but also provide set instruction per language level. For those whose language proficiency is above level 3 (Good working knowledge) or level 4 (Fluent), students can utilize the course to hone-in specific elements, i.e., writing.
The classes provided will be based on the number of students per level, which will be determined via HR language test score data. Each class will require at least 3 participants otherwise it will be cancelled. Each class will not exceed 10 students.
