About this file
This is a Sole Source Public Notice from the City of Salem, Oregon, for the procurement of a Stationwise Pro Subscription. The notice was first published on July 27, 2026, with an anticipated award date of August 3, 2026. The City is pursuing a sole source procurement method, which allows for the purchase of goods or services from a single identified vendor when deemed appropriate under the City's Public Contracting Rules. No specific bidders' conference, site visit, or response deadline is indicated in the notice, as the sole source methodology bypasses the competitive solicitation process.
The contract is valued at $24,000 annually and is structured for a five-year term, resulting in a total contract value of $120,000. The prospective contractor is Stationwise, located in San Francisco, California. Interested parties may protest the sole source determination by submitting a written protest to the City Manager's office at 555 Liberty St SE, Room 220, Salem, OR 97301 within seven calendar days of the first publication date. Protests must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check for $500 to cover processing costs and must include detailed legal and factual grounds, supporting documentation, a description of resulting harm, and the relief sought. Any protest submitted after the seven-day deadline will not be considered.
