About this file

This is a Sole Source Notice document from the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) announcing its intent to enter into a sole source contract with Pepro for the procurement of one 8'x8' walk-in RF (radio frequency) shielded shelter. The shielded structure is intended for use as a walk-in site facility. ODF has determined that Pepro is the sole source capable of providing this specialized equipment, and the notice outlines the opportunity for interested parties to submit comments or propose alternative sources during the designated notice period. The contract will cover the design, manufacture, and delivery of the specified shielded structure to meet ODF's operational requirements.

The sole source justification identifies Pepro as the only vendor meeting the specific technical requirements for the RF shielded shelter. Interested parties have an opportunity to challenge the sole source determination or submit alternative proposals within the timeframe specified in the notice. Upon completion of the notice period and any resulting evaluations, ODF intends to award the contract to Pepro for the manufacture and delivery of the 8'x8' walk-in shielded structure.
