The Program is currently being used as Software as a Service (SaaS) which uses Incident Management functionality that blends the phone, email, chat, discussion forums, and mySupport requests into a single entry point where support delivery can be managed. iSupport’s Asset uses SaaS functionality enables CDC to collect and record information of varies types.
b. What other products/services were considered and why did they not meet the need?
No other products were considered as customized SaaS support mechanisms which are currently configured within installed iSupport system are used to secure IT integrity. This is a renewal for a previous contract . Contract Number: 75D3012P10612
