About this file
This sole source justification document is for a contract awarded by the Securities and Exchange Commission to CCH Incorporated for an electronic subscription to extensive U.S. and international accounting and auditing publications. The SEC requires interpretive guidance and publications authored by technical experts in accounting fields, which CCH Incorporated's Accounting Research Manager product was identified as the only subscription capable of fully meeting. The SEC conducted market research and reviewed other product offerings but did not find them to provide authors and contributors with the breadth of expertise needed. The contract was awarded on a sole source basis and is a firm fixed price contract awarded to CCH Incorporated on April 12, 2023 for an unknown amount.
