Provide all personnel, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete Phase I of the currently closed Visitor Center rehabilitation to include the installation of a new roof, sub-surface drainage, foundation completion, filling of the foundation perimeter, and removal or mitigation of necessary material before starting the construction phase at Fort Donelson

National Battlefield, 120 Fort Donelson Park Rd, Dover, TN in accordance with the specifications and drawings.

This acquisition is a small business set-aside.

Method of solicitation: RFQ - Request for Quote

Type of Award: Firm-Fixed Price Construction

In accordance with FAR subpart 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and

$150,000.

Pre-proposal Conference/Site Visit: A formal, scheduled site visit will be held on Friday, June

12, 2020 at 1:00 pm CDT. Contractors interested in attending the onsite tour shall meet at Fort

Donelson National Battlefield, 120 Fort Donelson

Park Rd., Dover, TN 37058 NLT 1:00 pm CDT. All contractors in attendance shall wear a face mask and stay in the parking area with social distancing in practice until the Contracting

Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer

Representative (COR) come out to start the site visit and provide formal instructions for site visit procedures.

All interested contractors shall RSVP to participate in the available site visit NLT 12:00 pm CDT on Wednesday, Jun 10, 2020. RSVPs will be received at laurie_sherrod@nps.gov.

If no RSVPs are received by 12:00 pm CDT on

Wednesday, Jun 10, 2020 the formal site visit will be cancelled.

Once all questions have been submitted an amendment will be posted to provide each interested contractor with the conference call agenda and sign-in sheet and all questions and answers provided. If no amendment is posted by 4:00 pm CDT on Thursday, June 18, 2020 this indicates no RSVPs or questions were received.

Basis of Award: Award will be made based on price and other factors (Ref FAR 13.106(a)(2))

1. Submit signed and dated offers to Laurie

Sherrod, the Contracting Officer, at laurie_sherrod@nps.gov

2. Complete blocks 14, 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20A, 20B, 20C of the RFP Section A, SF1442. In doing so, the offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the RFP Sections A through K. These sections constitute the model contract.

3. Submit a technical description of the items and service being offered in enough detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, material, equipment, and procedures to be used, or other documents if necessary.

4. Submit a completed past performance worksheet with relevant and recent (within the past five years) past performance.

5. Acknowledge ability to meet delivery date

6. Acknowledge all solicitation amendments (Ref block 19 of the SF 1442)

The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 days past the solicitation close-out date.
