About this file
SOB RR RFQ_AE_sched R1.pdf
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) schedule document issued by the State of Colorado for Architectural and Engineering (AE) services related to the modernization of the SOB RR (State Office Building Rail Road) project, identified as RFQ 2027-017M26. The RFQ solicits qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide design and planning services for the modernization initiative. The document establishes the scheduling framework and procedural requirements for interested vendors to submit qualifications and proposals. Key procedural dates, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria are outlined to guide the competitive selection process for awarding the AE contract.
The RFQ specifies the submission deadlines, qualification requirements, and evaluation methodology that prospective firms must follow to be considered for the project. Pricing and fee structures are to be submitted in accordance with the state's standard requirements for professional services contracts. The selection process prioritizes technical qualifications, relevant experience with similar modernization projects, and the ability to meet the project timeline and deliverables. Additional details regarding funding sources, project scope specifics, and contract terms would be contained within the complete RFQ documents and supporting exhibits that accompany this scheduling addendum.
