About this file

This document is a small business matrix template for collecting information from vendors interested in supporting the Antarctic Research Vessel (ARV) Integrator small business subcontracting opportunity issued by the National Science Foundation. The matrix collects vendor name, socioeconomic status, CAGE and UEI codes, interested phase of the ARV project, point of contact details, website address, description of services or areas of interest, any questions, and whether the vendor is comfortable with their response being publicly released on SAM.gov. Vendors are asked to fill out one line of the matrix with the requested information and submit it via email by the given deadline to be considered for potential future subcontracting opportunities under the ARV Integrator solicitation.

Small Business Matrix Instructions

1. Do not change formatting of table or number of columns.

2. You only need to fill out one line. NSF is collecting information in excel format to facilitate it's aggregation and distribution.

3. Please use drop-down selections when prompted. If an option says "Describe", please add additional context or notes to the "Description" column.

4. The Government may decline to answer any question or comment containing, in whole or in part, proprietary information. The Government requires that any proprietary information be clearly marked as such.

5. For "Interested Phase", this breaks down the requirement into phases and NSF is curious as to which phase a vendor has the most interest in supporting. Please use the "Description" column for additional context for your choice as needed.

6. There are no word or character limits for the "Description" and "Question" columns.

7. Please indicate whether you are comfortable with your response being released on SAM.gov. An option exists to include your business entity on this list but to remove personal contact information. Note that if "No" is selected, your response will not be listed publicly, but it may be provided directly to the potential future awardee of an ARV Integretaror solicitation.

All matrices must be submitted via email to arv.procurement@nsf.gov.
