In 2016, think tank media and marketing was awarded Marketing vendor status for the State of Arizona. Today, our team is poised to take the next step in this relationship. More diverse experience and proven results amongst applicable clients are why we are more prepared than ever before. While some may not be familiar with our name, our work with some of the biggest brands in Arizona is certainly top of mind.

It’s no secret that think tank media and marketing is one of the smaller sized vendors on the current Statewide Marketing list. This is our value proposition to the State of Arizona. The size of our firm has not only allowed us to survive during the 2020 Pandemic, but also thrive.

Being nimble and moving lightning fast is exactly what our clients needed to move forward.

This is an example showcasing how every state agency will receive the highest-level staffing and attention to their needs. While some larger in scope state agency needs may not align with our current staffing resources (understandable), many other projects and campaigns are ideal for our scenario.

We encourage you to review our submission for Statewide Marketing Partner through the lens of our value proposition. Furthermore, please do not hesitate to follow up on our references. Even though we may speak softly of our own success, our clients speak volumes of our dedication and attention to theirs.

Thank you for your time and consideration in evaluating think tank media and marketing for

Statewide Marketing Services BPM003518.

Sincerely, BRIAN SLUTSKY

Notable Projects and Major Milestones include:

• Establish a weekly PSA with local TV news Station in both Phoenix & Tucson. Beginning in

Summer, 2021, a new weekly feature “Meet Arizona’s Children” will highlight a new child in the care of State of Arizona that is looking for their “forever home” Foster Adoption.

Weekly news clips will run on a specific day across multiple daily newscasts on KPNX, NBC 12 (Phoenix) & KMSB, FOX 11 (Tucson). This is a pure no cost PSA commitment for the client.

• Developed a statewide recruitment campaign for Foster Parents, Foster Mentorships &

METHOD PROPOSAL

Provide a narrative response that describes your organization’s overall method of approach for providing the required services as stated in this solicitation.

Think tank media and marketing will comply with the Scope of Work and Requirements as outlined

Solicitation Number BPM003518. The scope of work described is in line with current best practices think tank media and marketing provides with existing clients.

As a General Marketing Partner looking to receive acceptance for itemized individual services, the following responses will address each specific category and our method of approach to providing the services described within the Part 2 of the Solicitation Documents.

I. PLAN & BUDGET

If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. What was said centuries ago is just as relevant today as it was then. This is why we invest appropriate time and focused thought into the planning phase.

The combined team of the state agency and think tank will collaborate and review past agency work, goals and results. After absorbing that deep dive, we can recommend plans to meet established state agency goals within designated budgets. We start with a high-level plan and overall budget. Upon approval from the state agency, we will provide itemized recommendations for each tactic, medium and vendor within the plan.

We all love it when a plan comes together. To come together, all elements must be cohesive as they support one another. Tactics and creative should support, not compete. Thus, we believe that in marketing, 1 + 1 = 3. So, every plan has the opportunity for all mediums and creative to work together in achieving the greater goal.

Think tank media & marketing will develop a campaign or annual Advertising Plan and

Budget in a time frame set by the Agency.

• The Advertising Plan and Budget shall be submitted to the Agency for approval. The plan shall be reviewed at the time frame established by the Agency and revised as desired by the Agency.
