About this file

This is a Single Feasible Source Purchase posting form issued by the Missouri Gaming Commission for a digital mental health program. The Missouri Gaming Commission seeks to procure a comprehensive digital mental health program designed to address problematic gambling through a single digital platform provider with a business location in Missouri. Per House Bill 8.255, the program must provide no-cost, multilingual, community and anonymous support services for individuals struggling with gambling addiction and their loved ones, with dedicated functionality for supporters to access tailored resources. The contract period is effective through June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods available. The buyer is Jacqueline Satterlee at the Missouri Gaming Commission (Requisition No. RMGC2700044, SFS No. STATE 0000000602SL), and inquiries should be directed to jacqueline.satterlee@oa.mo.gov or purchmail@oa.mo.gov at (573) 751-4925.

Almond Health, Inc. has been identified as the sole qualified entity meeting the specific statutory requirements outlined in House Bill 8.255 and is designated as the only feasible source for this acquisition. No additional pricing terms, set-asides, or funding source details are provided in this posting form, which primarily establishes the justification for the single source procurement approach based on the unique qualifications required by Missouri state law.
