About this file

This document is a Seller Software Program Checklist used by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for evaluating software vendors and products. The checklist serves as an assessment tool for vendors seeking to provide software solutions to the state, with particular focus on Adobe Pro Software as referenced in the related contract opportunity. The document outlines the evaluation criteria and requirements that vendors must meet to qualify as approved software providers for the state's procurement process. Vendors are required to submit literature on products offered at the state's request, and software purchases will be awarded to the state's current software vendors unless otherwise specified in procurement documentation.

The checklist establishes a standardized framework for vendor qualification and product evaluation within Pennsylvania's procurement system. It ensures consistency in the assessment of software offerings and vendor capabilities, allowing the state to maintain relationships with qualified providers while remaining open to new vendors when necessary. The document functions as part of the broader state procurement process for software acquisitions and helps ensure that only vendors meeting the state's established criteria are considered for contract awards.
