This document is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a sole source contract to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 23 Contracting Office is procuring emergency fire door repairs for the Nebraska-Western Iowa VA Health Care System from Atlantic First Industries Corporation for $27,000.00, with a performance period from 06/23/2025 to 09/30/2025.
